Mark White
Chief Executive Officer 

Mark White founded and became Chief Executive Officer of a predecessor of the Company, One Horizon Group PLC, in 2004 and served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of One Horizon Group, Inc. from 2012 to 2014. His entrepreneurial career in the distribution of electronic equipment and telecommunications spans over 25 years.

He founded Next Destination Limited in 1993, the European distributor for Magellan GPS and satellite products, and sold the business in 1997. Prior to that, Mr. White was Chief Executive Officer for Garmin Europe, where he built up the company’s European distribution network.

Apart from his product and technical knowledge Mark has a wealth of experience in corporate finance. Mark has led in excess of 25 merger and acquisition transactions and associated funding and financing rounds, and has successfully transformed numerous company’s fortunes on both the private and public markets.

Martin Ward
Chief Financial Officer 

Martin Ward has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of One Horizon Group and its predecessor since 2004.  During that time he has overseen the Company’s United Kingdom arm float on the London AIM market and in 2012 merge with a NASDAQ OTC market company. In 2014 the Company was promoted to the NASDAQ Capital Market with the symbol OHGI. Mr. Ward is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983.

Spencer Christopher
Chief Technology Officer 

Spencer Christopher is a creation of Silicon Valley, having built his career over 8 years in Apple’s iOS development starting as an engineer and transitioning into leadership. As a lead, he worked to build the most successful mobile OS of all time, through channeling multiple departments and teams to bring together iOS on a yearly schedule. He also spent a year as a project lead on the first build of the apple watches industry defining WatchOS. Spencer has a true talent for understanding markets to combine engineers, artists and marketing teams to a linear finished product.

Spencer worked with multiple startups as a primary consultant and turned around several businesses after his involvement. Fanduel is a primary example of one such startup that was able to skyrocket in popularity after Spencer’s engagement. Regularly Speaking at campuses around the states, to educate students on the ever-changing dynamics of the industry. He is dedicated to constant education and creating technology that is not only commercially successful but also beneficial to society as a whole. Spencer is a graduate of Stanford’s School of Engineering.
